Summary of Position Working under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the primary role of the FP&A Analyst is the design and production of Management reports, analysis and presentations that are required on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Analyze and provide insights into monthly P&L trends, prepare management reporting for board of directors - Analyze and prepare trend reports for weekly committees - Together with the IT department, work in the functionality of a BI data base and reporting infrastructure - Coordinate the budgeting process across departments - Analyze greenfield investments and other special projects as assigned - Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, business profitability and operating forecasts Education and Experience - BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business - 0-3 years of experience - Statistical software user - Programming skills are desired Other Qualifications - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Ability to work under pressure and to balance multiple tasks simultaneously with strict attention to detail and adherence to deadlines - Strong problem solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
