Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Production Line Worker position in an exciting warehouse facility. Work in a clean and safe environment to create displays that you see in your favorite stores! Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Follow detailed assembly/production instructions, processes and procedures and possess good hand-eye coordination.
• Must have the ability to understand direction, drawings etc. to produce or assemble the requested product.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions while standing in place for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Position may also require working as warehouse helpers or picking, scanning and packing orders.
• Must be a reliable Team Player and work well in a group setting.
• Must be able to lift 40lbs.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor.
• Line work includes cutting cases for re-boxing, feeding product into conveyors, shrink wrapping and labeling product.
• More responsibilities may be assigned upon hire.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday - Friday

• Resolve assembly and production issues
• Perform assembly on parts assembly line process for light industrial manufacturing
• Perform production packing and assembly work for a warehouse or production company
• Operate designated assembly/packaging equipment
• Interpret assembly drawings to perform basic assembly operations
• Exceeding quality and production standards
• Prepare and clean assembly area prior to production setup
• Assemble parts into complete assembly
• Depending upon how similar previous work experience is
• Set up assembly for production
• Maintain quality and/or production standards
• Searching for a production associate
• Participate as an active member of the production assembly team and assemble products
• Inspect product to verify production specifications
• Completing production and quality forms
• Maintain required quality and production levels
• Operate filler and production line
• Perform light assembly of products
• Coordinate all production and non-production activities to meet production, quality, and safety goals (KPI)
• Monitor quality of parts used in the assembly process
