Why This Role Is Valuable

The Analyst, Treasury (Capital Markets) is responsible to be a key contributor to the Treasury debt team supporting all financing activities. This role will interact with lenders, servicers, portfolio companies, internal departments and Blackstone. This position is based out of Revantage's headquarters in Chicago, IL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review loan agreements and compile loan abstracts
  • Compile leasing guidelines
  • Loan compliance, escrow and reserve oversight
  • Update quarterly Board Book debt schedules and summaries
  • Maintain Chatham debt database
  • Complete weekly disposition loan tracker
  • Assist with audit related debt questions
  • Purchase and renewal of LEI's
  • Assist with ALA summary maintenance
  • Review debt service statements and FF&E files
  • Coordinate property reimbursements of monthly debt service payments for pooled loans
  • Ensure all operators and Revantage team members have online access with debt servicers
  • In this role, the Treasury Analyst may also support the full Treasury team including the Sr. Director and VP of Treasury in a variety of treasury functions

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • 2022 graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related area
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Solid understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Business principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and spreadsheet skills
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Must possess strong technological, analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail
  • Must have sound judgment in dealing with lender relations and in evaluating when to appropriately escalate issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented, self-starter, team player and have ability to handle multiple projects at once

Preferred:

  • Commercial, Hotel, Retail, Industrial or Multifamily real estate experience
  • Chatham experience preferred
