Job Description

EXCELLENT JOB OPPORTUNITY!

Description:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers along with working with walk-in customers to solve problems.
  • Call center environment: there are parts of the day when the phone is ringing non-stop. May have periods of 15-20 min breaks but it is consistent, especially during busy season (Oct-Feb).
  • Responsible for troubleshooting products- most of them are easy fixes that can be solved over the phone.
  • Some outbound calls will be required- just returning customer phone calls.
