- Having experience in Sourcing/Procurement process (reviewing client contracts with outside vendors, such as distributor, supply, logistics services and quality agreements) and Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM);
- Demonstrating use of analytics tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc.;
- Possessing proven data manipulation and technical skills;
- Having experience in managing all aspects of a business transaction (divestitures, mergers and acquisitions), including sourcing, diligence, TSA setup and execution, through to deal close;
- Understanding industry-specific business processes and accounting practices, such as Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Utilities, etc.;
- Thinking analytically, strategically, and apply sound business judgment for purposes of identifying an entity's or individual's subtle risk features and/or identifying and addressing client needs;
- Managing multiple engagement teams and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, cross-functional, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment;
- Creating proposals and other business development activities as appropriate;
- Fostering positive working relationship with clients and working effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services;
- Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
- Communicating cogently when writing, speaking and/or presenting to client finance and technology personnel, client in-house and outside legal counsel, compliance personnel, investigators, vendors and internal team members;
- Leading and training teams of 8-10+ people in the aforementioned activities, coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback and creating an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
- Managing all aspects of client engagements including directing, reviewing, developing and managing technical staff;
- Directing and reviewing the work of staff members and developing client relationships;
- Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback; and,
- Multi-tasking and balancing time effectively, keeping a rapid pace without sacrificing quality
- Selling consulting work and participating actively in industry events as a regarded leader.
