Finance Business Partner for the Global Sourcing Team AM (Ingredients and Indirect spend LEAD across all AM Reporting units); supervising the financial analysis for the Purchasing department, reviewing Calculations on Trading profit for Ingredients and Indirect spend and making recommendations to regional management.
Key responsibilities include:
Business partner for the Americas Region Purchasing team (Ingredients and Indirect spend across all AM Reporting units)
Own the Actual Regional P&L preparation and reporting vs plan and prior years ; driving action plan to achieve targets
Contributes to the implementation of business strategy by preparing Mid Term Plan and Budget/Forecasting financial projections
Reviewing and managing the timely submission of all reported KPIs for Regional Sourcing lead and related presentations (i.e. Internal quarterly reviews, monthly regional reviews etc)
Driving Third party Trading Business results recognition and perform any related controls and analysis
Support Sustainability Reporting for all ingredients in the region
Triggering Working capital improvement initiatives (collaborate with Treasury, Regional finance etc)
Ad hoc review of Financial Business cases (i.e. risk evaluation of new sourcing strategies)
Designs, implements, maintains processes and procedures within Sourcing (Internal Control)
Manage 1 FTE
About you:
Higher education: Bachelor in Finance / Controlling or Business Administration, Master degree preferable
10+ Years of applicable Finance / Controlling experience preferably developed in a Food processing environment. Experience with controlling, risk positions, incl. commodities / derivatives management.
Very good Presentation skills, ability to influence / strong collaboration skills
Organizational agility
Accuracy and an analytical mindset is key for this position
High analytical skills supported by very strong capabilities in MS Office & SAP R/3
Very Strong oral and written skills in English
Travel 30%
