Job Description
NOC Operator - Level-1 (off hour Support Service through the night). Location : Remote. Duration : End of the year Rate : Market Rate. Required: Experience working in a NOC environment or Data Center environment, Willing to work the night shift, Candidates would be responsible for off hour support. Manage initial notifications and triage those and route it accordingly based on the criticality of the issue at hand. Be able to hand off the process at the shift end.
