Description Manage month-end close to ensure accurate preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Assist in reviewing the P&L and monthly financial statements Brainstorm new and efficient processes and improvements Manage 4 direct reports Ensure U.S. GAAP, SEC, and IFRS compliance Lead all inventory related processes improvements and implementations Coordinate with internal and external audit teams Prepare reports on inventory variances and analysis Preform all other duties as assigned Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred 6+ years of experience in accounting Management experience required Knowledge of IFRS, SEC and U.S. GAAP Strong Microsoft Office skills Due to exponential growth, our client is looking to add on to their Finance and Accounting team by bringing on an Accounting Manager.
