Our firm has an opening for a Loan Processor that has experience with high volume loan processing. We are a direct lending environment, looking for someone that has experience filing loans in retail, wholesale or correspondent lending environments. What You Will Be Doing
Review initial loan approval and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation
Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines
Interview applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan or mortgage
Cultivate trustworthy referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services
