Global manufacturing firm located in the northwest suburbs. You will be responsible for Accounts Receivables for a select group of large clients. This team of AR Analysts handle $4B of the total $6B business. Main aspects of the role will be ongoing account management, ensuring invoice payments and payment terms, and researching discrepancies. This individual is performing accounts receivables for the wholesale buying groups and leveraging those business relationships. The role will predominantly be involved with researching disputed items, reconciliations and cash application work. Other activities will be credit memos, credit hold and releases,Reasons to work here:

• 5+ years experience Credit and Accounts Receivables experience
• Accounts Receivable management with large 'big box' and/or 'wholesale' accounts is preferred
• High School Diploma Required, Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Excel required
