Overview

Supervise and support the collections and cash posting team by researching customer inquiries, generating statements and posting cash/credits along with accounting journal entries. Develop, test and implement system and process improvements within Financial Operations with a focus on Infolease.

Requirements:

* Ability to manage staff of 5
* Collections and cash application expertise with customer-facing interaction
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Infolease or similar lease accounting or financial system experience
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
* Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset
* Expert Excel skills
* Ability to work cross-departmentally with mechanical, documentation, legal, risk, invoicing, per diem, and customer service groups
