Responsibilities:

• Responsible for payroll, timekeeping & data processing
• Payroll reconciliations
• Tax registrations, amendments, and payroll tax adjustments
• Acts as liaison with the Payroll Services vendor on audits multi- state payroll processing
• Manage and resolve issues with payroll vendor
• Assist with annual tax reporting process -W2's, etc
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades and enhancements
• Assist management and employees with payroll procedures and personnel data related to payroll

• High School Degree required, College Degree a plus
• Payroll processing experience for multi-states
• Experience with payroll tax registrations, amendments, and adjustments
• MS office skills
