Responsibilities:
Responsible for payroll, timekeeping & data processing
Payroll reconciliations
Tax registrations, amendments, and payroll tax adjustments
Acts as liaison with the Payroll Services vendor on audits multi- state payroll processing
Manage and resolve issues with payroll vendor
Assist with annual tax reporting process -W2's, etc
Assist with system implementations, upgrades and enhancements
Assist management and employees with payroll procedures and personnel data related to payroll
Experience:
High School Degree required, College Degree a plus
Payroll processing experience for multi-states
Experience with payroll tax registrations, amendments, and adjustments
