Job Description:

This position is hybrid and responsible for the procurement activities of operations and logistics products and services in support of Treehouse Foods corporate and our network of manufacturing plants. Categories include Facilities Management, indirect packaging, pallets, MRO, warehousing, and transportation agreements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand the current and future operations and logistics supply chain market, suppliers, trends and advancements as it relates to food manufacturing
• Lead Strategic Sourcing events for operations and logistics services and facilitate cross functional teams of stakeholders to ensure buy-in and optimize solutions
• Conduct negotiate with suppliers and facilitate cross functional teams of stakeholders including Legal to ensure agreements are established to ensure cost, quality and delivery terms are established
• Manage supplier relationships including establishing KPIs, conducting quarterly and annual business reviews, resolving conflicts, and serve as corporate and plant representative in dealings with suppliers
• Manage stakeholder relationships across corporate and plants
• Work with Supply Chain and Logistics and Operations Leadership to plan future landscape for Treehouse Foods

Skills, Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Required - Business Administration, Supply Chain, or another related field
• Strong consultation skillset
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Must enjoy working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite products

Minimum Experience Preferred:

• Minimum of 10 years operations / logistics procurement experience
• SAP and e-RFQ experience preferred
