Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of analysts and associates who are responsible for daily project execution work including but not limited to coaching suppliers on process and procedures, risk management, and monitoring at risk deliveries
• Coach, mentor, and assist in developing staff and their professional development
• Help to develop, implement, and execute strategic projects
• Assist team with escalated supplier issues, as required
• Ensure all supplier issues are resolved on time and budget
• Coordinate with internal and external parties in order to resolve issues, providing day-to-day information on project status and changes
• Delegate tasks based on team members' individual expertise, skill sets, and experience levels
• Analyze the issue progress and, when necessary, adjust scope, resources, timelines, and costs to ensure that the issue is being tackled accordingly to its impact on TreeHouse
• Report issue progress and results and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed-escalating issues as necessary
• Create and maintain a comprehensive issue documentation
• Lead team meetings and hold regular check-ins with staff
• Participate in the interviewing and hiring process

Skills, Experience and Education:

• Experience managing suppliers/vendors
• Working experience in the Food industry is preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong statistical knowledge and analytical skills
• Experience leading both projects and teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools

Education: Bachelor's Degree, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering preferred
