Experis, a ManpowerGroup company has an exciting contract opportunity for one of our key clients, a Fortune 500 American global biopharmaceutical company that is engaged in the discovery, development and manufacturer of healthcare products.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education, with typically 2-5 years' experience or master's degree or equivalent education (no additional experience)

Nice to have:

• Using Sciex Mass Spectrometers and Analyst software, LEAP autosamplers, and Agilent HPLCs is highly preferred.
• Also experience with troubleshooting of LC-MS instrumentation issues and perform routine maintenance of LC-MS equipment.

What are the top skills/requirements this person is required have?

• Knowledge of protein precipitation, liquid/liquid extraction, and solid phase extraction
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot Hamilton Robots, Tissue Homogenizers and other robotic platforms used for sample preparation
• Experience with Quantitative LC-MS/MS and hands-on experience using Triple Quad MS is required
• A good understanding and working knowledge of various analytical methods for small molecule quantification
