We are seeking a strong candidate to join BCG's Tech and Digital Advantage (TDA) Practice Area (PA) Operations team to support important areas. The TDA operations Intern will support the TDA PA in the development and execution of various operations projects to help us strengthen employee affiliation and internal processes. The role is focused on North America region but you will also support global projects. The responsibility includes but not limited to:
Support the execution of affiliation events like PA meeting (Global/Regional), Worldwide officers meeting, etc.
Support content and communication pertaining to these affiliation initiatives
Support scheduling, and preparation for meetings with key stakeholders
Maintain and update PA affiliation database for employees in the system monthly
Regularly update face page, contacts on internal portal and data for mobile application for the PA
Manage PA reporting eg. TDA Affiliates, new promotes, new hires, etc.
Support onboarding of TDA employees in the region
Network with other working students, Co-Ops, and PACs.
YOU'RE GOOD AT Verbal and written communication, have a strong attention to detail and you are able to work in a fast-paced environment. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies with high academic achievements preferably in business studies
Strong attention to detail
Interest in and willingness to develop solid understanding of the subject area
Creative, yet structured problem solver and autonomous self-starter
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Strong project management skills and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highest ethical standards, able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Service mind, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working on a team
YOU'LL WORK WITH BCG's TDA PA management team consists of business managers and directors, marketing managers and other global practice area team members, who manage all aspects of the operations of a practice area.
