Internship Details
-10- Week Summer Internship
-Paid (Bi-Weekly)
-Summer 2023 Dates: June 5- August 11th
-Hybrid (requiring a minimum of 1 in person workday at the Canton, MA location, with some weeks requiring 2)
-Equipment provided (Laptop, mouse, keyboard, headphones)
Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing
Working collaboratively with the direct team of colleagues in your area along with working in collaboration with stakeholders to find and solve problems
Learning about the structure and delivery of healthcare from the payor perspective
Management and responsibility of an assigned project with supervision and guidance
Engaging in professional and personal development opportunities as well as attending events and activities intended to showcase the company, its values and mission
Providing a presentation of work and experience to leadership at the conclusion of the internship

Qualifications - what you need to be successful in the role
Currently enrolled juniors or seniors, with majors in a relevant field of study
Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
An interest in the healthcare industry, in learning and in creating positive change
Eagerness to learn and work with a team
Adaptability and Open Mindedness
*Will consider currently enrolled graduate students on a case-by-case basis
*We are not currently providing visa sponsorships
*All interns will need to successfully pass a criminal background check to begin
