ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Applicants will be considered for an internship on one of the following teams according to major and interest:

TSG Daily Operations supports the technical needs of Invenergy employees, contractors, offices, and sites wherever Invenergy operates. This includes front line user support and training for business users. We strive to resolve issues and requests quickly and thoroughly with defined user and site Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We aim to do this with a high level of customer satisfaction. In the case of a service disruption, we manage the situation and attempt to provide clear communication via the various, approved business communication channels. Our scope includes, but is not limited to, account issues, PCs support, software needs, audio video support, and business application escalation. We proactively increase usage adoption with communications and change management campaigns. Additionally, we are responsible for onboarding new users with their technology needs.

TSG Business Applications and Data Analytics are responsible for supporting the operations of all business applications, managing enterprise integrations, partnering and coordinating application change management across business application teams, maintaining the technical service catalog, and assisting with business continuity. Additionally, we enable, operate and support the data analytics and business intelligence capabilities of Invenergy primarily through the centralized analytics repository (CAR) program utilizing an enterprise approach and sustainable architecture. We are responsible for managing the master data catalog and establishing data governance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between May 2023 and May 2024.
• Majoring in Informatics, Data Science, Information Systems, Operations Management with a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Interest in the renewable energy or clean energy sector.
• Comfortable working in an amorphous environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus
