What you will do:
Join us for a unique 10 week paid internship that offers personal and professional development, an executive speaker series, and community building. At DiaSorin you won't just be an intern; you will be a key member of the DiaSorin team. You can expect to be tasked with exciting project(s) working with cross functional team members that capitalize on your existing skills and challenge you in new growth areas. The variety of business-critical projects means that no two roles will be alike, but you could expect some of the following responsibilities:
Support our HR Business Partners in variety of strategic projects that support our field team members and corporate functions
Co-lead the 2023 internship program facilitating all intern events such as orientation, icebreakers, and various on and off-site activities
Assist in maintaining the HR database, employee records, and information in a confidential manner
Develop proficiency in various HR platforms to track, manage, and document employee personnel and all other documents related to employment
What you bring to the table: To set you up for success in this role, DiaSorin encourages candidates to have the following qualifications:
Currently a junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or higher in Business or Human Resources from an accredited university
Previous internship experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or other related business roles (preferred)
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS office and Outlook
Proven ability to work independently and with a team
Analytical skills, including an ability to summarize data into information, reach logical conclusions, evaluate and improve processes
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Detail oriented with excellent oral and written skills; the ability to interface effectively with key stakeholders at every level of the business
An inclusive leader with the ability to create connections with members of various cultures and backgrounds
Intern must be able to participate full time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the program
Curiosity and a deep desire to learn
