VTG is seeking an Accounting Intern to assist with entry level Accounts Payable tasks to support the overall success of VTG. This is a part-time role working around 20-30 hours per week at our Chantilly Headquarters office and remote.
What will you do?
Reconcile vendor statements, and contact vendors as needed for missing invoices
Assist with assigning incoming APDept email box emails to the team based on assigned business rules
Enter backlog materials invoices into VTG VIEW
Other duties as assigned.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred in progress with expected graduation in 2023 or 2024.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
