Job Description Summary | Lewis University’s Department of Music seeks an Adjunct Voice Instructor who specializes in contemporary/popular music performance beginning January 2024. The instructor will teach applied voice to majors and non-majors and actively engage in recruiting. Salary is competitive to other adjunct positions in area, and additional classroom teaching opportunities may become available. Located in the Chicago area, Lewis University is a comprehensive, Catholic university, where the traditions of liberal learning, values and preparation for professional work come together with a synergy that gives the university its educational identity and focus. Founded in 1932, Lewis is a dynamic, coeducational university offering more than 80 undergraduate majors and programs of study, 35 graduate programs, and two doctoral programs.
