This is an HR Business Partner to a RVPHR and regional team, which will be responsible for providing human resources services and products that support the growth and business objectives of the organization, while liaising with HR Centers of Expertise ensuring organizational alignment, and maintaining and enhancing Levy's culture, vision and values. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. An employee champion and change agent, the role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, partnering with operational leaders and centers for expertise to implement industry leading solutions.
