Uniti is looking for someone in a Helpdesk role that is focused on providing onboarding and offboarding support for Uniti Group Inc. corporate and operating companies. The candidate shall be able to perform a multitude of functions such as configuring user accounts in multiple systems, preparing hardware, and other Helpdesk tasks as needed. They will serve as the company’s first point of contact for all new employees, and as such a helpful and positive attitude is a must. In addition to these functions, Uniti is looking for someone willing to take ownership of processes and collaborate with the team on improvements.
