We are proud to say that our staff is our greatest resource! District 41 is home to over 425 employees which includes approximately 280 certified teaching staff, 140 support staff, and 22 administrators who are all dedicated to serving our students and their families. In addition to our regular employees, we employ close to another 130 staff who assist as substitutes, lunchroom/playground supervisors, and temporary summer workers, making us one of the largest employers in the area.
