Eric Anicich

Eric Anicich is a doctoral student in the Management Division at Columbia Business School. Broadly speaking, his research employs social psychological theory to understand and explain important aspects of organizational behavior. A related stream of research seeks to explain the conditions under which hierarchical differentiation improves versus undermines group performance. Some of his research has been published in the prestigious journal, Psychological Science. Eric has worked as a research analyst for a telecommunications consulting firm and as a research coordinator in the Management and Organizations Department at the Kellogg School of Management. He holds a MSc in Management Research from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
