Vicki Shabo is a vice president at the National Partnership for Women & Families. Shabo is responsible for the strategic direction of the National Partnership’s workplace portfolio and leads the organization’s work on paid sick days, paid family and medical leave, FMLA expansion and enforcement, fair pay and pregnancy discrimination. She serves as the organization’s primary contact on these policies for key national allies, researchers, businesses, state and local advocates and the press. Shabo brings a unique background in law and politics to her work, as well as research and communications expertise on issues of particular concern to women.
