We have three Production shifts:
1st (5:45am to 4:15pm)
2nd (3:45 pm to 2:15am)
     3rd (9:45pm to 6:15am)
Candidates must possess great attendance (as attendance is extremely important), great teamwork, and a positive attitude. They also must be available on weekends and able to work 10 to 12 hours a day. Previous experience in manufacturing environment and/or the food industry is preferred but not required.

Working at ASPIRE
  • Production runs 20 hours a day,  4 days a week and 24 hours 5 days a week depending on shift
  • Weekends may be worked, when business requires it.
  • You may be scheduled for over time or 6 day weeks if operating requirements/needs are not met during regular working hours.
  • Standing for 8 to 10hours.
Pay and Benefit Summary
  • General Labor entry level = $15.25/hr. with benefits
  • 2nd Shift Differential = $0.75 additional per hour
  • 3rd Shift Differential = $0.75 additional per hour
Probationary Period
  • The first 90 days are considered your “INTRODUCTORY PERIOD”.
  • This is the time to get to know each other.
  • Allows the opportunity to determine if you are able to handle the job.
  • …As well as time for you to determine if you like the job
  • During this “Introductory Period” attendance is very important. There is no time off accrued yet, thus time off is not granted.

Job Descriptions:
  • Packer (2nd Shift)
Uses clamshells to pack cookies from a moving conveyor line. Places clamshells repetitively on a conveyor that goes through a metal detector for the case packer to pack, or packs wrapped cookies into a plastic tray and fills case and pushes it through conveyor system. Communicates and monitors cookie quality issues. Maintains cleanliness of work area and follows proper rules and regulations. Establishes effective working relationships.
  • Break Relief (2nd Shift)
Provides break coverage for the following positions:  case packer, packer, mixer, and palletizer. Maintains cleanliness in work area. Follows rules and regulations. Maintains effective working relationships.
  • Maintenance Tech (2nd Shift)
Maintain equipment, preventative maintenance, repairs as needed, be able to work in a team environment, must have light industrial mechanical and electrical 3 to 5 years.
  • FSQA Tech 1 (2nd Shift)
Measures plant process capabilities, sampling plans, and statistical analysis to assure compliance will be allowed to hold and release product based on food safety or quality nonconformity, and is required to place all food on QA hold in SAP as well as physical hold, will ensure daily food sensory evaluation(s) are conducted, with participation of the bakery team, to identify possible defects and provide direction for improvement. Responsible for physical bakery inspections are conducted on a weekly basis and reports are maintained in AIMS on each area (pest control, operational methods, maintenance for food safety, sanitation, personnel practices, etc.
  • Packaging Operator (2nd Shift)
Monitors quality of product prior to packaging, reports any product anomalies or issues, to Lead, removes product from line that is out of specification, discards scrap product properly, monitors packaging equipment making sure it is running properly and at accurate speeds, adds plastic rolls as needed, reports line operating issues to Lead/Supervisor for immediate repair, discards scrap product properly by separating empty wrappers or cookies  into appropriate trash bins, assists with all packaging re work, follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality
