Job Description

As an AssociateCommercial Project Manager supporting our Corporate Tender Management team and our Global Pricing network, you will provide long term strategy and project work focused on the Global Request for Information content and response management. This role requires a determined, resourceful and progressive approach to customer service excellence, change management and process improvement. You will organize the work of others and directly contribute to recommendations, implementation planning, change management, prioritization and communications. In this role you will gain exposure to some of our largest global customer accounts, collaborate with leaders around the world and help improve content. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and persistent approach, the ability to develop positive relationships across all stakeholder groups and has a passion for writing.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the Request For Information (RFI) process for new and existing customer opportunities
  • Own and build out the customer information content for the Global Forwarding division
  • Create professional written responses and addressing client objectives
  • Lead the global Request For Information (RFI) content and response management
  • Prepare, review and coordinate information from a variety of company stakeholders
  • Be part of the collaboration and communication efforts with global stakeholders to optimize our commercial approach for global tenders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound customer content
  • Consult our commercial and account management network on company capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or continued education
  • 2+ years of global forwarding, sales, and/or account management experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Organizational and outstanding project management skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills
  • Must be able to handle a fast pace environment, last minute requests, as well as changing and competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience as a Content Writer or strong formal academic writing
  • Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
