Position Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reports and queries to improve IT processes.
- Collect, process and summarize data, including IT incident, change and problem management data.
- Measure key performance indicators for productivity calculation and process improvement.
- Deliver information by designing and developing both recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Work with IT teams in the development of business requirements, process documents, training materials, strategy, systems and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of IT incident, change, problem and service request management.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access and Excel reporting.
- Experience with Power BI and other data analysis tools a plus.
