Property Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
Property Maintenance Supervisor needed for Kenosha $17-$22. You will be making work orders for other technicians and prioritizing workflow. Candidate must have experience with property maintenance and understand they will help do some of the maintenance. Job requires experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, drywall, and landscaping. Able to assess parts needed for repairs and manage repair time wisely. Provide excellent customer service to the residents. 35-39 hours a week company does a rotation for on-call schedule. Job requires valid driver’s license and your own tools.
