We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team in Chicago, IL. Reporting to the Operations Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the Warehouse. You will also be responsible for maintaining data and record integrity and routinely interacts with the Warehouse staff and other internal personnel to solve discrepancies that may arise throughout the year.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Execution of a Daily Cycle Counting to maintain inventory accuracy
* Audit and resolve inventory discrepancies using a combination of various computer functions, product knowledge and physical audits
* Conduct reporting on critical incidents in order to solve discrepancies and ensure inventory balance
* Stock checks
* Ability to use mobile equipment
* Interact effectively with Warehouse and Office personnel in order to ensure proper inventory procedures are employed
* Other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:
* GED or High School diploma
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks
* Track record of self-motivated, results-orientated team player
