Job Responsibilties :
•End to end responsibility for cost
•End to end responsibility for customer experience
•Harmonizing the partner delivery (IT and processes) across the Geos
•Optimize the service levels based on customer requirements focusing on cost and CX
•Defining the service strategy for the commercial segment in collaboration with the Geos
•One team – strong collaboration with the Geo teams for best practice sharing, local & global innovation and initiatives
•PSPD – collaboration with upsell team to support PSPD program
Basic Requirements:
•10-15 years of relevant experience
•Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Requirements:
•Functional skills: Proven success in Services org managing Depots
•Excellent Project Management, Analytical Thinking and Data-driven mentality
•Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all
levels across multiple functions
•Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of ambiguous tasks to ensure success.
•Ability to build relationships with cross-functional colleagues and inspire others to achieve a common
objective
•Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
•Openness and enthusiasm for working across different cultures.
