Job Description

LSSI is seeking a full-time Recovery Support Specialist, to provide recovery support to residents as part of the Recovery Home team.


Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 10:00AM – 6:00PM
                  Sunday 10:00AM-6:00PM



Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To assist Residents in becoming more involved in their own recovery.
  • To assist/support residents in developing and maintaining recovery-oriented, wellness-focused lifestyles.
  • To serve as an advocate for residents in the recovery home.
  • To serve as a mentor for residents in the Recovery Home.
  • To partner with residents to access the services and supports that will help individuals attain personal recovery goals.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining milieu.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • CRSS preferred (if not, to be obtained within 1 year of hire)
  • Recovery Support Specialist Certification
