As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars. Furthermore, you will work with a team invested in your growth, development, and success, including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About The Team
FIS Fraud, Risk and Compliance Solutions Team offers a portfolio of software products and services that help financial institutions defend against financial transaction fraud, theft of data, and facilitate anti-money laundering monitoring and OFAC sanctions regulatory compliance. The role of a Business Process Analyst is essential to understanding financial markets and emerging risks and trends in financial services related to financial crime management. This expertise is a key driver for defining business requirements for new software solutions, enhancements, and services that address the current and future needs of existing and prospective clients.
