Job Description

LSSI is offering a full-time,position for MH Clinician to provide therapy to children, adolescents and adults in need of individual, group, couples and family therapy, utilizing a variety of modalities.  The candidate must be available to work flexible hours, currently in a hybrid model, to accommodate the school and work schedules of the individuals we serve. 

 *This position complies with the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rule, which requires that employees working in certain programs are fully vaccinated unless you have a medical or religious exemption.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meets financial productivity requirement as set by agency.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
  • Complete all documentation per Rule 132/140 agency requirements.
  • Adherence to ethical standards of treatment.
  • Facilitate community access for/with members.


Qualifications:

  • MSW/MA required, LCSW/LCPC preferred.
  • Experience and an interest in providing  therapy to children, adolescents and adults.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Competency in computers required.
  • Willingness to work in the community, if necessary.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
