Position Summary:

Partner closely with the Architecture and Security Alignment Manager and team on security initiatives for Reyes Beer Division (RBD). This role will entail supporting the team across IT, Reyes Holdings Family of Business Office (RHFoB) of the Chief Information Security Officer, and the RBD Business capabilities team.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 

  • Management of vulnerabilities within Reyes Beer Division (RBD) as directed by the RHFoB Office of the CISO.
  • Prioritize and mitigate security risks associated with systems and applications that have a high technical complexity and / or involve significant challenges to the business.
  • Document, train, mentor, and support RBD IT teams to drive/assist with vulnerability remediation. 
  • Manage and report risk and vulnerability status to management. Advise on how to improve the process.
  • Manage planning and execution of Penetration testing between RHFoB Office of the CISO and application owners.
  • Maintain compliance with existing IT Security Protocols for applications and systems.
  • Communicate technical application security concepts to business users, developers, architects and managers.
  • Collaborate on enabling technologies for security compliance.
  • Communicate technical application security concepts to business users, developers, architects and managers.
  • Ability to interact with technical managers and development teams to articulate application requirements
  • Inform/Manage vendors on security standards. (Security Review, DPA, etc.) 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3+ years’ related experience OR High School Diploma and 4-5+ years’ related experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and impact decisions.

  • Experience in System Administration in one or more of the following: Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Cisco Networking Equipment.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience supporting and administering enterprise-level applications.

  • Strong ability to work independently and be self-driven as it relates to workload.

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, concepts and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of vulnerability assessments and patch management tools.

  • Knowledge of application security technical controls and common vulnerabilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.


Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • 5+ years’ related experience.

  • 2+ years’ experience in IT Security in a medium to enterprise level organization.

  • Security+, CISSP,  or equivalent certification.

  • Experience in NIST, PCI, IOTCA, or similar compliance frameworks.

  • Experience with Cloud and hybrid Cloud / On-premise security designs.

  • Experience working in a decentralized environment.

  • Experience communicating with executive/director level employees across multiple disciplines/roles.

  • Experience working for a multi-location or 24X7 distribution/manufacturing/supply chain company.

  • Experience with vulnerability assessment and patch management tools.

  • Familiarity or experience with OT/IOT/IT network convergence.

  • Familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform.
