We have an amazing opportunity to join our Global Human Resources organization as a Director, Global Diversity and Inclusion. This role reports directly to our Chief Diversity Officer and will be responsible for driving and executing our Global Diversity and Inclusion vision. Diversity is one of Lenovo’s greatest strengths. From our earliest days, we have embraced a global mindset, blending two distinct cultures of East and West into one company, and integrating the businesses into a multi-headquarter operational model that allows us to centralize processes and platforms, while enabling local flexibility.In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

* Leading and managing all the global diversity programs such as women leadership development, underrepresented minority development program and activities to promote the global diversity culture of the company
* Serving as the expert of the equal opportunity and affirmative action regulations, and identifying the relevant actions required to meet the requirements.
* Working closely together with senior members in Legal, HR and other functions to develop EEO and diversity plan
* Developing effective strategies to expand our diversity population such as identifying organizations who could refer diversified candidates to enhance our hiring process and learning opportunities for underrepresented groups.
* Presenting to internal and external audiences on D&I related topics, training, and trends
* Producing relevant data and reports related to D&I goals and progress. Produce a regular dashboard and metrics and create ad hoc reports as needed to set strategy and drive progress.

Employee Relations:
* Leading investigations for sensitive employee relations cases related to Diversity and Inclusion issues
* Providing effective advice to management when ER issues arise, and driving together with ER team to resolve the issues

Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in driving change in a large, global organization
* Demonstrable familiarity with equal opportunity and affirmative action regulations
* Minimum 10 years working experience in human resources and 5 years managing a global diversity program preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
* Leadership level knowledge in managing ER situation
* Executive level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
* Strong understanding of project management and execution
* Excellent data skills - measuring, analyzing, reporting and using data to inform strategy and track progress
* Some domestic/international travel will be required (up to 20%)
