Monday: 12:30-3:30, Tuesday 12:30-3:30, Wednesday 12:30-3:30, Thursday 12:30-3:30

Job Summary:

Assisting with the day to day maintenance of the CURIC space and supporting CURIC operations and events.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Basic word processing, technological literacy, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Database management

Essential Duties:

1. Regularly check computers and printers for function
2. Maintain log of CURIC guests
3. Responding to CURIC emails as assigned
4. Keep CURIC supplies stocked
5. Assist with CURIC events
6. Greet and assist CURIC guests as needed.

Other Duties:

Maintain database of CURIC interest forms submitted by faculty and students.

Other duties as assigned that pertain to the job description

Physical Demands:

Sedentary (up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting most of the time)

Visual Acuity:

Close visual acuity (e.g. computer, assembly)
