Currently, we are seeking to hire an Engineer, Integration and Business Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and facilitating how systems operate regarding existing and future integrations. You will use your technical skills to provide solutions to remediate bugs/issues, test updates as well as provide longer term solutions. You will be required to follow compliancy controls and offer support to our cross functional partners daily.

This is a fully remote position.
 

Summary of Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Plan, review and revise configurations and customizations of NetSuite as needed to meet evolving needs.
  • Work directly with internal/external developers, NetSuite and/or other Professional Services organizations to drive and coordinate larger (more complex) NetSuite projects while assisting with configuration and other work as assigned.
  • Manage data analysis and integration of disparate systems
  • Concept, design and development of interfaces and integration architectures
  • Maintain the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture
  • Provide front line support and troubleshooting with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity, including the NetSuite - Suite Commerce In Store (SCIS) point-of-sale solution.
  • Evangelize capabilities of NetSuite across the organization to help drive user adoption across.
  • Manage multiple streams of work, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps. Follows best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation.
  • Partners with internal and external resources to develop and execute User Acceptance Test Cases to include the NetSuite SCIS point-of-sale solution.
  • Offer solution-oriented support to our cross functional partners, NetSuite team and integration developer on all NetSuite related issues.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline, preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in Integration Development with ERP implementations and/or business operations including a minimum of 2 years experience with NetSuite. Public company experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to enhance or create saved searches, modify dashboards, forms maintenance, additionally skill set in workflows; Suite Scripts is preferred.
  • Experience with different integration formats: API/Rest, EDI, XML
  • Understanding of building and scoping out development
  • Experience with integration and translation tools such as: Celigo, SPS Commerce preferred
  • Programming knowledge is a plus (Java, Python, or others)
  • Systems development experience and/or NetSuite Certifications preferred but not required.
  • Should have proven skills in SQL, JavaScript and Excel formulas as well as excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
  • Must be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business environment.
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, able to listen and can use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.

  • Must be capable of using and operating all equipment as required, including but not limited to: iPad, laptop, etc. Be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor or in our warehouse.
  • Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for occasional meetings and conferences using various forms of transportation.
