Duties and Responsibilities | Monitors the access and egress of students, faculty, staff and visitors to campus buildings and locations to ensure safety and security of people and facilities. |
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience | High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of customer service experience strongly desired. |
Qualifications | - Demonstrated history of dependability and punctuality at work. - Demonstrated customer service orientation. - Flexibility in work schedule, and ability to successfully multitask. - Able to respond to supervision in a positive manner is a must. |
Certificates/Credentials/Licenses | HS Diploma or GED minimum required and previous customer service experience preferred. Some college coursework preferred. |
