Business Development and Recruiting Consultant (Japanese Bilingual)/ Subsidiary of Recruit Holdings

Location: Schaumburg IL, Houston TX, Atlanta GA (Home Office)

As a Business Development and Recruiting Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that address their challenges to attract top talents. This position offers the chance to expand your industry knowledge, enhance your sales skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference. Utilizing your knowledge in Japanese language and/or culture, you will contribute to the growth and success of Japanese companies by providing the access to local candidate market.

Business Development and Recruiting Consultant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Business Development:
* Identify and target potential clients and business partners in the Japanese market.
* Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
* Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their potential as business prospects.
* Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce services and establish initial contact.
* Conduct effective sales pitches and presentations during meetings (web/ in-person) to engage prospects and generate interest.
* Understand client needs and requirements and articulate the value proposition of services to clients during negotiations.
* Navigate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.
* Secure contracts with clients to establish long-term business relationships.
* Conduct thorough credit assessments of potential clients to evaluate their financial stability and creditworthiness.
* Perform due diligence activities, including background checks, risk assessments, and legal compliance verification, to assess the viability of potential business partnerships.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as finance and legal teams, to ensure proper risk management and compliance protocols.
* Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
* Work collaboratively with recruiting support teams to recruit top talents aligned with the customer requirements.
* Support interview arrangements for clients to interview candidates.
* Maintain accurate records of customer information in CRM systems.
* Attend networking events, forging new connections, and driving business growth through relationship building and lead generation.
* Track and report the progress and results of sales activities and forecasts with the team and manager.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams when upsell and cross-sell opportunities that add value to clients' existing solutions are identified.

Recruiting:
* Work closely with hiring managers at client companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
* Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
* Craft compelling emails to effectively showcase job opportunities and attract suitable candidates.
* Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
* Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Track candidate progress through the recruitment process, update statuses, and provide timely communication.
* Coordinate and schedule client interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
* Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience by delivering timely and constructive feedback, addressing inquiries, and maintaining open communication.
* Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the candidate evaluation process.
* Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure the necessary information, tools, and resources to succeed in their roles are provided.
* Promote and uphold the clients' employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
* Establish a periodical follow-up process to check in with new hires after their start date to discuss their progress, challenges, and overall job satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and business partners.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies and explore additional business opportunities.
* Provide regular updates and present findings to clients on candidate pipelines, recruitment progress, and market trends.
* Address client needs and feedback, propose solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.
* Act as a bridge between clients and the company when necessary, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities to develop effective sales tools.
* Develop strategies to enhance client relationships and communicate regularly with clients.

Job Requirements
* Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
* Ability to work with goal-oriented mindset to deliver high-quality work and achieve measurable results.
* Ability to work effectively independently under minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.
* Ability work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic multicultural and cross-functional team environment.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects and go above and beyond assigned responsibilities to contribute to the overall success of the team or organization.
* In-depth knowledge of Japanese business culture, practices, and market trends.
* Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Previous experience is not required; any experience in B2B sales or HR/recruiting is a plus.
