The Chicago office of Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a corporate lawyer with 4-6 years of M&A experience. Prior experience representing clients in the renewable energy market on M&A matters or project development (including procurement and construction) is preferred, but not required. Collaborating across our global team, we act on some of the most innovative complex and challenging projects in the world. An associate would have the opportunity to work on 100% renewable energy transactions, if desired, or a broader energy and infrastructure practice.
