Job Summary:

As a Beverage Barback, you will be cleaning and stocking public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
* Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
* Stocking beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer and other beverages
* Monitoring pump room
* Washing glasses, bar, and equipment and polishing bar fixtures
* Restocking bar snacks
* Cleaning bar area including floors, counters and other surfaces
* Removing empty bottles and trash
* Assisting with the cleanliness of the casino property Front and Heart of House
* Performing all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards
* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
* Must have high school diploma or equivalent
* Must have six months or more related experience
* Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:

* Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk
* Must occasionally lift and lift up to 25 pounds
* Frequently required to stoop, crouch or kneel
* Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor
