Job Summary

Entry level professional individual contributor, works under direct supervision, conducting and providing the following:

As a Quality Engineer, you will conduct quality inspection of products and monitor product qualities by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports (monthly quality report). You will also conduct product testing in the lab and incorporate lab findings with field test management. In this role, you will assist with field test pre-qualification surveys, selection of participants for all new products for a specific category, and field test of new products for a specific category including delivery and installation. You will be part of a team responsible for researching product quality improvement for field quality and Voice of Customer.

What You'll Do:

* Screen and analyze all data and provide decisions for next steps

* Provide information to upper management for decision making

* Initiate field test report by evaluating/analyzing the information from testings/researches within the process/targets

* Co-work with engineering part/team for new products and market quality issues

* Provide field test result including participant's opinions

* Participate the activities and work as a task member

* Communicate and meet with part leader daily to discuss work in progress

Desired Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field/equivalent work experience

* Preferred previous experience of field technician for home appliance
