Main Duties & Responsibilities

Job Title: Quality Intern

Job Summary: Quality Intern assists Quality Management, Quality Engineering and Document Control with tasks and projects as necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• * Traveler and OV cert scanning/saving support
• * ASL support (hyperlinking, updating surveys from all suppliers, conducting a full review for completeness)
• * Specification library review/ Spec Rev verification
• * Generating Final Inspection Report templates/ballooning drawings
• * Scanning and saving of closed job files/completed contract reviews
• * Assist with documenting job roles and generating basic training instructions
• * Generating proficiency exams for RSA-Weldmac Procedures/WMC's and all training instructions generated
• * Other tasks as they may arise
• * Supporting with customer satisfaction data collection

Pay: $19.00/hour
