  • The purpose of this job is to develop, execute and report against the marketing strategy and participation in WWT's annual Joint Advertising and Marketing (JAM) Program for the assigned 3 Partners, and priority GTMs of the Global Engineering & Services Team and Sales organizations related to the specific Partner to drive increased growth and revenue with the partner.
  • The Partner Marketing Manager is part of the Partner Marketing team, which is part of the Marketing & Proposals department, and reports through the VPs of the department, who then reports to the CEO. The Partner Marketing Manager works closely with teammates and partners across Corporate Marketing, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Analytics and Sales/Marketing, as well as with the Global Engineering & Services Team, Sales, Global Partner Alliances and Executive Leadership.
  • This job supports the development of integrated marketing strategy and execution for the Partner, and priority GTMs of the Global Engineering and Services team and Sales.
  • Develops comprehensive integrated marketing plan and strategies for the Partner, that delivers against WWT core value proposition and priority GTMs by leveraging key market insights to drive positive business results.
  • Marketing owner for:
      • Execution and reporting of Partner's participation in WWT's annual (JAM) Joint Advertising & Marketing Program
      • All specific Partner related content on wwt.com
      • Quarterly Partner newsletter
      • WWT presence on Partner website and channels
    • Works cross functionally to develop integrated marketing plans across paid, owned and earned platforms
    • Makes significant contributions towards the generation of new business and growth opportunities
    • Collaborate and align with internal teams (Global Engineering & Services, Sales, Marketing and Alliances) and external (Partners specific to role) to develop relevant marketing programs and strategies
    • Leads/Assists in market research and competitive benchmarking
    • Focuses on outcome analysis to understand the effectiveness of tactics within the agreed upon WWT and Intel goals.
  • Deploys marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, expansion and retention aligned with partner, practice and sales priorities.
    • Data gathering and collection: use provided tools and platforms to search, filter and collect relevant statistics and results. (CTR, exit and bounce rates, session time, avg pages per session, pipeline, revenue, etc.)
    • Marketing analysis and insights: review and analyze campaign and marketing performance data utilizing dashboards and reports provided by WWT's Analytics and Digital Marketing teams or agencies to formulate insights and recommendations on how to adjust, prioritize and optimize efforts for subsequent campaign phases or marketing programs.
    • Includes development of timelines, budgets, OEM funding (acquisition & proof of performance), SF campaign management and execution of deliverables, including obtaining the appropriate approvals and development of creative briefs
    • Deliverables of projects may include signage, video, collateral, website content, emails, ads, PR, events, and promotions.
    • Works with agency partners and across all WWT internal functions to develop and execute specific programs.
    • Prepares presentations and clearly communicates findings from initiatives to management and the broader organization, ie. Partner QBRs, Community Reviews, ATSM
    • Measures outcomes of marketing efforts with regular quantitative-driven check-ins with leadership or as requested by manager, practice or partners, ie. Community Reviews, Partner QBRs
      • If applicable, required to meet quarterly/annual goals or MOU milestones outlined by the OEM partner the role supports
  • 0-10% travel will be required for team/company meetings as necessary
    • 40 hours

      • required to respond to multiple internal/external customers (marketing, alliances, GS&A, sales, leadership, partners) and participate in partner QBRs (quarterly or more frequent if responsible for multiple)
    • Bachelor's degree (4 years)
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing role that drove deeper engagement with target audiences, increased adoption and delivered bottom-line results.
    • Ability to think strategically and analytically to evaluate marketing campaigns.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
    • Experience and/or knowledge of content and digital strategies to support the entire buyers' journey -- from awareness through loyalty
    • Passionate about technology and strive to be up-to-date on the latest industry trends and market conditions. Prior experience marketing technology, particularly with Microsoft, AWS and/or Nokia a plus.
    • Ability to collaborate, lead and work in a fast-paced organization
    • Excellent communications skills -- both written and oral
    • Both a team player and self-motivated. Ability to drive a project through to completion effectively and comprehensively, and to work with limited supervision in defining initial goals and addressing complex issues as they arise
    • Any special KSA's
    • Experience with: SalesForce, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Trello, SmartSheets, Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Amplitude
