Job Description

This role is in Oracle's HCM Product Development group, reporting to the Vice President, HCM Product Strategy. Functional expertise of Global HR and Employee Experience is required for the success of this role with strong research and writing skills. This role requires intellectual discipline, a problem-solving aptitude, interpersonal skills, creativity and independent judgment. Since you will work with many different teams, internally and externally, demonstrated flexibility and people management skills are a must in addition to strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
  • Capability to engage with Oracle's most strategic customers, representing the Oracle products to achieve the following outcomes
  • Ability to take a leadership stance within the team and outside, and establish thought leadership in the growth of Oracle HCM in the global and regional markets
  • Ability to contribute to the creation and sharing of best practices, white papers, training, webinars and workshops
  • Ability to develop compelling presentations and reports

Team members possess a diverse background from technology vendors, customers and Consulting firms with knowledge of technical, functional and information architectures, leveraging this credibility as trusted advisors with customers, partners and internally across Oracle. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with direction and clearly communicate opportunities internally.

Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division, you will develop strategy and go to market plans as well as support major changes to existing software architecture and define customer adoptions support needs.

Hiring Range: from $139,300 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
