VTG is seeking motivated software developer to develop innovative solutions for Department of Navy and commercial customers. The candidate must be a self-starter who thrives under limited supervision.
This position is located in Manassas, VA. This position is a hybrid position with remote work options and flexible schedules.
What will you do?
- Develop Simulation and Stimulation tools that support development and test of hardware components
- Work within a team to interpret software requirements from system requirements
- Work on the development of graphical user interfaces
- Develop design artifacts
- Solve software implementation issues
- Assist in the development of System/Software Architectures
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Articulate, excellent presentation skills.
- Successful completion of background check
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
- 2+ years of Agile software development experience
- Experience in C++ and QT
- Understanding of Simulation/Stimulation software development that supports hardware test including development of User interfaces
- Active SECRET clearance
