Be a Technology team player at Lactalis! In this position you will play a key role in assisting leadership for the enterprise LE/WM used by the Supply Chain functions of the Lactalis US Business Units. You will be required to have both business process and technical skills to design, implement, test scalable solutions in SAP LE/WM/IM domain.

The Sr Analyst SAP LE/WM role is responsible for support and enhancements solutions such as batch management, Serialization, handling units, cross docking, cycle counting, physical inventory, HUA's, put away strategies, wave picking, EDI exposure, other 3rd party bolt on applications interfaces & MM/SD/QM integration.


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Strong hands-on SAP LE functional experience primarily in eWM, WM, shipping, and IM.
  • Experience in decentralized warehousing, lean WM, Full WM, and Extended WM.
  • Knowledge in advanced methods as wave picking, cross docking and kitting.
  • 3+ Full cycle LE implementation including RF scanner set and management.
  • EDI experience in with other external transportation/load management system messaging flow.
  • Knowledge in posting changes, movement types, automatic TO and negative stock configurations.
  • Exposure in PP interface with LE for-production supply areas, replenishment types and staging areas.
  • Exposure in QM interface with LE for-inspection sample control and interim QM storage type set up.
  • Solid experience in shipping/good receiving point determination configuration.
  • Relevant experience in item category determination with batch management strategies configurations.
  • Experience with split deliveries and subsequent delivery split configuration.
  • Experience in transportation interfaces such TMS or other integrable application as ORTEC/3G.
  • Solid understanding of partial shipment/final shipment in relation to deliveries within SD/LE.
  • WM, MM and SD/LE output configuration (Transfer Order forms, Material document forms, Pick/Pack/BOL).
  • Define and document processes, WRICEF, Functional Specifications, test plans/scripts and deployment plans.
  • Daily support activities in such as create break fix tickets to trouble shoot, recommend new configuration, testing, business sign off and transportation into PRD procedures.
  • Managed enhancement requests intake for customized reports/processes/quote gathering and discussion with business partners and senior management.

Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or other related academic discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in a large-scale, enterprise environment in SAP LE/WM.
  • Experience in the Food Industry and/or Consumer Products is preferred.
  • SAP S/4 HANA landscape and FIORI apps are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, time-management and facilitation skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, self-managing, proactive and responsive with a bias for action and results.
  • High level of personal integrity consistent with the client's core values.
  • Proficiency in support ticket and project management applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
