This position is a part of a hybrid work model, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL.

What you'll be doing:

• Leverage consumer insights (across Sales and Customer Service teams, social listening, and external research) to understand customer desires and pain points and address them in marketing messaging and content.
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize marketing opportunities to create high-impact marketing recommendations that support Quill's short-term and long-term growth.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives based on identified opportunities. Report and present results, insights, and findings.
• Exposure to marketing channels such as Email, Organic Social, Paid Media, Affiliates, Print, and SEO.

Qualifications :

What's needed - Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an MBA/Master's degree, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
• Analytical, organized, strong attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in B2B
• Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative
• Able to multi-task and be flexible to new initiatives
• Strong Excel skills: ability to use a pivot table
